The Adventist World Wide Web Consortium was formed to assist in the development of technology standards for Internet development.

Tthe Consortium has been involved in defining the standards for the HopeTalk Portal which is key to the Sow One Billion implementation.

This site is currently composed of two sections. The first are the Original Requirement Documents developed in May of 2003. These documents came out of three meetings:
 
 
  1. Interenet Evangelism Committee, Las Vegas, Nevada, April 4-6
  2. Counsel on Evangelism and Witnessing, General Conference, April 14-15
  3. ASI Technology Committee, Anaheim, California, April 27

The second section are the Expanded Requirement Documents developed by the TAGnet development team working with Bettina Krause, Assistant to the President of the General Conference and Kurt Johnson, World Bible Schools Director for the General Conference.

This site is currently a document repository for the Sow One Billion HopeTalk.org project.
